Connect to your bank account via our secure banking partners, your incoming transactions will be monitored.
Enter your payers' details, including regular payment date, amount and contact info.
Automated reminders sent to your payers on missing payments. Alerts can also be sent to you if payment still not made after a certain period of time.
Track up to 10 payers.
Create a new account or sign in with your username and password.
Provide payment information to enable future monthly payments.
The payment method you provide will be automatically charged at the end of your first free month to ensure that you do not experience any interruptions with your service. You can cancel online without penalty before your trial ends, by logging a ticket and/or turning off auto-renew in the payment and billing area of the Dashboard.
Once your payment method is confirmed, you'll be transferred to your Dashboard to set up account monitoring, payer details, and alerts.
You are asked to provide credit card information to help ensure that you do not experience any interruptions with your service once your trial ends. Your credit card will not be billed until the end of the trial period. You can cancel any time during the trial period by logging a ticket with our support team or by logging into your Dashboard.
Internet access is required to setup 'Am I Paid?' however once it is setup you can use the service without an internet connection, as you will receive text messages (standard rates apply) when either an expected payment is received or missed. You can chose in your settings which events to receive text messages for.
'Am I Paid?' is a web service that can be accessed on any internet enabled PC, cellphone or device.
Yes. By using the service you are granting a secure read-only connection to your bank account to monitor for payments. This means that no one else has access and the 'Am I Paid?' servers only have access to your basic payment data for the sole purpose of monitoring.
Your service will continue uninterrupted and your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial, and then monthly thereafter. You do not need to re-setup 'Am I Paid?'.
No. For example, if you had a trial of 'Am I Paid?' you can’t sign up for another new free trial.
You can cancel any time during the trial period by logging a ticket with our support team or by logging into your Dashboard. If you cancel anytime during the free trial period your credit card will not be charged.

'Am I Paid?'s' servers only ever have read-only access to your account so this means you don't need to worry about unauthorised use of your account.
Separate access controls are enforced at each layer of infrastructure. Multi-factor authentication is required for access. All application and user access logs are stored centrally and monitored.
Both 'Am I Paid?' and Plaid regularly undergoes both internal and external network penetration tests, and third-party code reviews. Plaid has also completed a SOC 2 report.
The Plaid API only allows client requests using strong TLS protocols and ciphers. Communication between 'Am I Paid?' and Plaid infrastructure and financial institutions is transmitted over encrypted tunnels.
Our data centers hold full certifications, including SOC1 Report - SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402.
'Am I Paid?' supports more than 28 institutions and are regularly adding more bank connections. If your bank is not supported please let us know and we will do our best to link with your bank.
We’re currently focused on U.S. and U.K. institutions. Expanding coverage to international banks is on our roadmap, but we don’t have a concrete timeline just yet.
